I followed the webpage link from an email by a friend and fellow classmate, and had some time to check out her site: LightHearted Medicine.

I was really impressed by two new programs she and her husband offer: 

• Holistic Second Opinions
• Comprehensive Mind/Body/Spirit Consult

What a great idea... 

Basically, Molly or Bruce Roberts, two MDs who are also energy healers and holistic practitioners, look over all of your medical records, your prescriptions, your ailments or complaints,  and interview you to get a complete, high-level picture of your current state.  You actually have time to talk with a doctor, and one who isn't all ego or rushed for time--the programs allow for up to 2 or 5 hours (Hours!) to tell your story. And if you've met them, you know the kindness of their nature. If not, you're in for a surprise.  They're not your run-of-the-corridor doctors. They are real, beautiful spirits who happen to know a lot about healing and curing.

This is for you if...

• You have been struggling with health, emotional, or relationship problems and have found that the standard treatments are just not cutting it. 
• You have been dealing with a problem for many years - with medications, supplements, all sorts of treatments - and here you are, years older and pocketbook lighter, but there is no end in sight to fixing the problem.

[Now, I don't mean to disparage doctors; my experience in this age is that they are hurried beyond need and have precious little time to spend with anyone. Mainstream says a pill will fix it, and it's backed by a mighty industry. But the entirety of our system is so much more than a collection of processes or organs or maladies.]

The [Real] Age of Aquarius

I received a news update from The Prophet's Conference talking about the incredible alignment that is occurring at dawn on February 14, 2009.

 At dawn on 14th February the day dedicated to St Valentine, the patron saint of Love, the Moon in Libra enters the seventh house of relationships. And Jupiter and Mars are aligned in Aquarius in the twelfth house of spiritual transformation.

 Evidently, back in the 1960's when The Fifth Dimension sang The Age of Aquarius, the alignment was with the south node--the node which represents past karma and potential.  But this Valentine's day, the alignment will happen on the north node. The author, Jude Currivan, PhD, looked for any similar alignment in the past 1000 years and was unable to find one. 

At 7.25am on 14th February – and for the 18 minutes of the alignment, I invite you, in the universal heart, to add your own intention for love and peace and to co-create the dawning of the Age of Aquarius to that of the Cosmos. In whatever way feels appropriate for you, you may choose to align with7.25am (UT) or 7.25am your own local time energizing a wave of intention that will surge around the Earth.
